1. Liverpool misfit Luis Alberto has joined Malaga on a season-long loan.

The Spaniard made just nine appearances for the Reds last season, as he struggled to adjust to the rigours of Premier League football, alongside compatriot Iago Aspas.
The 21-year-old will now spend the 2014-15 season with the Andalusians.

2. Fulham have confirmed that Sacha Riether has left the club to join German club Freiburg.

Riether made 72 appearances in his two seasons at Craven Cottage and departs after their relegation to the Championship last term.

The fee for the right-back has not been disclosed.

3. Hull City have reportedly agreed a fee with Norwich City for Robert Snodgrass.

Sky Sports News has reported that the FA Cup finalists have edged closer to landing the Scot after the midfielder told the Canaries he does not wish to renew his contract.
A fee of around £7m has been discussed between the two clubs and the 26-year-old could be set for talks with the Tigers over personal terms.
QPR, Sunderland and West Brom are also showing an interest, but it is Steve Bruce's side that are in the driving seat.

4.  Manchester City have confirmed the arrival of Fernando from Porto.

The 26-year-old moves from the Portuguese side for a reported £12m and will wear the number six shirt at the Etihad next term.
The defensive midfielder told the club's official webiste: “I am so happy to finally be joining Manchester City.
“I know there was talk of me possibly signing last January so I am delighted that the deal has now been done and that I am a City player.
“I’m looking forward to meeting my new teammates and helping City to defend the title. It is a very exciting time to be part of this football club and I cannot wait to play in the Premier League."

5. Former Liverpool defender Phil Thompson has claimed that the Reds' pursuit of Barcelona striker Alexis Sanchez is close to completion.

Brendan Rodgers' side have been linked with a deal for the Chile international in recent weeks.

The Metro quotes the Sky Sports pundit as saying: "Just yesterday I heard things from people, newspaper guys who are very close to the ground at Liverpool, saying that the Sanchez deal was actually done."

Scouts from the five-time European Cup winners are said to be monitoring Sanchez at the World Cup.
